How It Works
Syrus Energy installs communal heating systems providing fully controllable heat and hot water when/where it is needed to remove the over/under heating syndrome associated with unpopular electric heaters. Our simple to use heating system controls help lower heating bills and allow a home to be properly heated, improving overall comfort and quality of life.
We can also retrofit equipment in your communal areas. Electric is a major part of management fees and we know first-hand the pressures to prevent these costs rising year by year. A communal heating network can act as a means to achieve this without making cuts in the standard to which the development is run.

We will talk to your property manager and set up a meeting with the board of directors/committee.
We will complete a feasibility study.

A shared central boiler and hot water pipes will be installed at an agreed location on site.
Following a bespoke design in each apartment, a new compact heating and hot water system will be installed. Options to upgrade the radiators from standard nil cost provisions are available.
All work is made good, ensuring the apartment and communal areas will be finished the expected a high standard.
No maintenance required. The boiler and heating network are the responsibility of Syrus Energy.
Properties will be individually metered.
